With over 50 years of real estate experience, and an extensive client list, you can rely on Reg Ransom’s knowledge of the Perth Western Suburb’s property market to list your property for sale or to provide the right advice when it comes to buying or selling.

Not many agents can boast the history of real estate when it comes to understanding the market and what it takes to sell and survive in the elite Western Suburbs property market, in any decade, throughout any boom or bust.
Reg has been a part of shaping Perth’s real estate history with many great accomplishments since 1972.
Commencing his real estate career with the Bond Corporation in 1972, Reg then joined Richards & Co in 1975 before progressing to Sales Manager at Joseph Charles Learmonth & Duffy in Nedlands in 1979.

Throughout the 70s, 80s and 90s his property prowess was recognised by many top companies, including the Bond Corporation who engaged him as one of their real estate property advisors to buy selective riverside properties in the 80s and 90s and piece them into super blocks.
In 1983 Reg joined Browne, Grove & Associates in Claremont where he remained a Partner/Director for the next 24 years.

In 2016 Reg formed Reg Ransom Real Estate, a boutique real estate agency offering personalised service to his vast number of clients.

BEYOND REAL ESTATE
Reg is not only well known in the Western Suburbs, he is also a first-class fly fisherman representing Australia in the World Fly Fishing Championships in 1987, 1993 and 1994. He was also invited to the first World Masters Fly Fishing championships held in Patagonia in Chile in 2013.

Community supporter
Reg also plays for and sponsors the Dalkeith Tennis Club and is an active member of the Nedlands Golf Club, Royal Perth Yacht Club, Western Fly Fishers Club and Dalkeith Bowling Club. He also enjoys tying salt water and fresh water flies in his spare time – no wonder his fly box is nearly empty! He is as hooked on real estate as he is on fishing!
